It is my pleasure to be invited to draw illustrations for a book published in Taiwan in 2015 about a very brave little girl who overcomes her disabilities after a car accident and lives out her life. It is also about how her mother is being influenced by the positivity of the girl and walks out of the guilt of not being able to prevent the accident from happening.
The girl and the mother are cartooned in the book and the happy animals are created to be around the girl. Though all the characters have a cute and happy look, the drawings are in black and white to show the physical imperfection.
